Welcome to Ivani Diamonds (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a venture of Maaricha. By accessing or using our website, ordering our lab-grown diamond jewellery, or engaging with our private bespoke concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated policies.
All diamonds sold by Ivani Diamonds are 100% lab-grown diamonds, possessing identical chemical, physical, and optical properties to mined diamonds. Each qualifying diamond piece is accompanied by an independent laboratory certification from accredited gemological institutes such as SGL (Solitaire Gemological Laboratories) or IGI (International Gemological Institute).
All gold jewellery manufactured and exported by Ivani Diamonds adheres strictly to the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking norms. Gold pieces carry the mandatory BIS Hallmark, including the purity fineness grade (e.g., 750 for 18K Gold, 585 for 14K Gold) and the unique 6-digit Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) number.
Prices for precious jewellery items are calculated using prevailing precious metal (gold/platinum) bullion market rates and diamond carat valuations. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, in the unlikely event of an administrative or technical pricing error, Ivani Diamonds reserves the right to cancel or amend the order prior to dispatch.
Custom-designed jewellery, engraved pieces, and exclusive bespoke orders initiated via private quotation are manufactured according to individual specifications approved by the client. Once 3D CAD design approval is submitted, production begins and cancellations or alterations may incur material preparation fees.
All text, bespoke jewellery designs, photography, branding marks, logos, graphics, and interface code on this website are the intellectual property of Ivani Diamonds and Maaricha. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian and international copyright treaties.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
