Find your exact size comfortably from the privacy of your home
Select a ring that comfortably fits the intended finger. Place the ring flat over a millimeter ruler and measure the inside diameter across the widest inner circle, ignoring the metal edge. Compare the millimeter measurement with our table below.
Wrap a thin strip of paper or non-stretchy ribbon around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet with a pen. Lay the paper flat against a ruler to determine the circumference in millimeters, then match with our chart.

If the base of your finger is significantly narrower than your knuckle, choose a size in between so the ring slides comfortably over the joint.
Fingers expand in extreme heat and shrink in the cold. Measure your finger toward the end of the day when your hands are at their natural resting size.
If you are selecting a wider band (over 4mm), we suggest choosing a half-size larger for optimal all-day ease.
