Return & Refund Policy

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a 100% refund:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition with zero scratches, abrasions, or resizing marks.
• The security tamper-tag must remain attached and untampered.
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, velvet luxury boxes, and the original SGL/IGI Gemological Certificate.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under the 15-day refund policy:

• Custom-designed bespoke pieces created to unique CAD renderings.
• Personalized engraved rings or necklaces.
• Items returned missing the original physical gemological certificate (a replacement re-certification fee applies).

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Request Authorization: Email info@ivanidiamonds.com or contact our care team with your Order ID.
2. Secure Packaging: Place the jewellery into its original velvet box and packaging inside our tamper-evident return mailer.
3. Insured Pickup: Our secure logistics partner (e.g. Sequel Logistics / Blue Dart Apex) will schedule a doorstep collection. You will receive a tracking manifest upon handover.
4. Inspection & Credit: Upon safe arrival at our Lucknow quality lab, our gemologists will inspect the piece. Your full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
